Salary : ₹30,000
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and patient-focused Siddha Doctor to provide quality patient care while independently managing the overall operations, promotions, and development of the assigned branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Examine patients, diagnose health conditions, prescribe appropriate Siddha treatments, and ensure quality patient care and follow-up.
- Branch Management: Take complete responsibility for the assigned branch, including daily operations, staff coordination, patient satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and discipline.
- Monthly Indent: Prepare and submit monthly medicine and other material indents based on stock levels and anticipated requirements.
- Social Media & Promotions: Manage the branch's social media handles, create patient awareness, and carry out promotional activities to improve branch visibility and patient footfall.
- Medical Camps: Plan and conduct regular health camps, awareness programmes, and community outreach activities to promote Siddha healthcare.
- Reporting & Coordination: Maintain patient records, submit periodic reports, monitor branch performance, and coordinate with the management for smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- MD (s) degree from a recognised institution.
- Good communication, patient-handling, and organisational skills.
- Ability to independently manage branch operations and participate in promotional activities.
