Role Description This full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role at Hospital de Clínicas do Ingá is based in Chennai. The Healthcare Specialist will provide direct patient care, support clinical assessments, and assist medical teams in delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, documenting care accurately, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and preventive health practices. Qualifications
- Clinical practice skills in Medicine and Healthcare, with the ability to apply clinical guidelines and best practices in patient care.
- Emergency care capabilities, including EMT skills and experience responding to urgent and critical situations.
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and medical teams, including clear documentation and reporting.
- Training experience, with the ability to participate in or support staff education, patient instruction, and ongoing professional development.
- Relevant degree or diploma in nursing, medicine, or allied health sciences from an accredited institution.
- Valid professional registration or licensure as required by local regulations in Chennai or the wider jurisdiction.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced clinical settings while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with hospital information systems and electronic medical records.
