Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update Shopify stores.
- Add and update products, images, prices, and inventory.
- Process and manage orders.
- Assist with basic store maintenance and updates.
- Coordinate with the team to keep stores running smoothly.

Preferred
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Basic Shopify, e-commerce, HTML/CSS, or CMS knowledge is a plus—not mandatory.

Qualifications
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, conversion optimization, and user experience for online stores.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing) and how they integrate with Shopify.
- Comfort working with third-party apps, integrations, and basic troubleshooting of technical issues within Shopify.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams.
- Relevant experience in e-commerce or online retail; prior work on D2C brands or multi-brand stores is an advantage.
