The Role Your mission is simple: keep the pipeline fed and help us close. You'll be identifying the right brands, making the first move, and turning cold leads into warm conversations. We aren't looking for someone to blast thousands of automated, generic emails. We need 100% human-grade outreach that stops a scroll and actually gets a reply.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt & Gather: Identify high-potential target brands—from ambitious D2C startups to enterprises and local legends—that need a creative and strategic upgrade.
- Cold Outreach: Break the ice via email, LinkedIn, or phone. Pitch our expertise (design, content, growth, and tech) without sounding like a template.
- Convert & Hand-off: Turn initial interest into booked 30-minute discovery calls for our Chief Business Officer, and help drive the deal over the finish line.
- Pipeline Management: Track, nurture, and follow up relentlessly. Ensure no potential client falls through the cracks.
