Shopify PDP & Landing Page Executive

About us
Herbal Chakra is a fast-growing D2C clean-label nutrition and wellness brand — gut health, hydration, greens, and wellness essentials — selling through Shopify and marketplaces.
The role
Build high-converting PDPs and landing pages on Shopify, and run day-to-day store management including customer messaging and email flows. You'll work directly with the founders.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain PDPs and campaign landing pages per approved wireframes — hero claim, problem/solution, proof, testimonials, FAQ, sticky add-to-cart
- Work within our existing Shopify theme (sections, blocks, metafields) with basic Liquid/HTML/CSS editing
- QA every page on mobile and desktop before publishing; flag anything that hurts page speed
- Keep product claims within approved language — no unauthorised changes
- Manage the store: product uploads, collections, pricing, inventory sync, discount codes, apps
- Set up and maintain email/SMS flows (order confirmation, shipping, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
- Respond to customer messages on-brand and escalate where needed
- Maintain store health — broken links, out-of-stock handling, redirects
What you need
- 1–3 years in a D2C/e-commerce role with hands-on Shopify page-building and store management
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS; comfortable editing Liquid sections or able to learn fast
- Experience with email/SMS flows and customer support tools (Klaviyo or similar) — strong plus
- Clear written English for customer replies
- Sharp attention to detail; comfortable in a fast-moving, low-hand-holding environment
Nice to have
- Conversion-focused DTC landing page frameworks
- Basic understanding of how page changes affect Meta Pixel / CAPI tracking
- Prior experience in nutrition, wellness, or fitness brands
