Role Description The SFMC – MC Next role at Mavlers is a full-time remote position focused on designing, building, and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Marketing Cloud Next (MC Next) solutions for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and managing journeys, campaigns, and automations; building and testing email, SMS, and multi-channel programs; and ensuring accurate data flows, segmentation, and personalization within SFMC/MC Next. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions, and documenting configurations and best practices. The professional in this role will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and stay current with SFMC/MC Next features to recommend improvements that drive measurable marketing outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud / MC Next, including journey building, automation, audience segmentation, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Proficiency in data management and personalization, such as SQL queries, data extensions, list management, and dynamic content or personalization logic.
- Hands-on experience with email and digital marketing best practices, including responsive email development, A/B testing, deliverability, and campaign analytics.
- Ability to translate marketing and CRM requirements into technical solutions, with experience working across MarTech, CRM, or related digital ecosystems.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and troubleshoot platform and integration issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with distributed teams and directly with clients in a remote environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) or equivalent practical experience are highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or comparable professional experience in marketing technology.
