Job Title: ServiceNow Order Management Developer
Work Location: India – 100% Remote (Bangalore is a plus)
Work Timings: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm IST
Experience: 5–8 years
Context: The client is looking for experienced ServiceNow Order Management Developer to design and enhance order management solutions within a large-scale, highly integrated international technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow Order Management.
- Configure order capture, decomposition, orchestration and fulfilment workflows.
- Develop workflows, business rules, scripts and platform customizations.
- Build integrations with external applications and enterprise systems.
- Support complex order lifecycle and process automation requirements.
- Troubleshoot, optimize and maintain existing solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts and integration teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow Order Management.
- Strong understanding of order lifecycle, orchestration and fulfilment.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs and JavaScript.
- Strong integration and ServiceNow data model knowledge.
- Experience working with large-scale, transaction-intensive enterprise platforms.
- Strong English communication skills.
Key Requirement: Proven hands-on ServiceNow Order Management development and implementation experience.
