Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow Architect at North Hires, with preference for immediate joiners. The ServiceNow Architect will design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, including architecture, configurations, and customizations aligned with client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, leading technical design sessions, and guiding development teams on best practices. The role involves integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability, as well as providing technical leadership, documentation, and support throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications
- Minimum exp of 9 years
- Strong ServiceNow Architecture and Architectural Design skills to define scalable, secure, and maintainable platforms.
- Hands-on Software Development experience with ServiceNow (e.g., JavaScript, Flow Designer, scripting, configuration) to implement solutions.
- Expertise in Integration, including REST/SOAP APIs and data exchange between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Proven Project Management capabilities to lead end-to-end implementations, coordinate teams, and deliver on time.
- Experience designing and deploying ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules in enterprise environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high-quality standards.
