Adobe Solution Architect | Remote | 10-15 Y | Perm | Quick Joiner Only.
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Multi-Solution Architect to lead the architecture, governance, and technology direction of enterprise-scale Adobe Digital Experience Platform initiatives.
You will be the technology and solution authority across Adobe programs, including the Vegas project and upcoming digital transformation initiatives, working closely with business leaders, product teams, implementation partners, and engineering teams.
This is a strategic leadership role with strong hands-on architectural involvement, requiring the ability to translate business objectives and customer experience goals into scalable, secure, and high-performing Adobe solutions.

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
Define and maintain the enterprise Adobe architecture roadmap.
Establish architecture standards, design principles, reusable patterns, and governance frameworks.
Act as the primary solution authority for Adobe programs.
Align Adobe technology strategy with business, digital experience, and customer engagement objectives.
Evaluate emerging Adobe capabilities and recommend adoption opportunities.
Program & Portfolio Architecture
Provide architecture oversight across multiple Adobe initiatives.
Review solution designs, integrations, technology choices, and implementation approaches.
Drive scalability, consistency, reusability, security, and performance across implementations.
Support estimation, technology decisions, risk assessment, and architecture governance.
Lead architecture/design review boards.
Data, Analytics & Personalization
Architect solutions spanning:
Adobe Analytics
Adobe Target
Adobe Experience Platform
Adobe Journey Optimizer
Enable customer journey tracking, personalization, experimentation, KPI measurement, analytics, and customer behavior insights.
Partner with marketing and business teams to establish measurement frameworks and experimentation strategies.
Enterprise Integration
Design API-first and event-driven architectures connecting Adobe with:
CRM platforms
ERP systems
Marketing platforms
Customer service platforms
Data lakes
BI & analytics platforms
Enterprise applications
Ensure seamless, secure, and reliable data flow across Adobe and non-Adobe ecosystems.
Governance, Security & Engineering Excellence
Establish enterprise development and architecture standards.
Conduct architecture reviews and technical assessments.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, accessibility, and enterprise architecture standards.
Drive CI/CD, DevOps, cloud, API, integration, and engineering best practices.
Establish reusable architecture patterns and implementation guidelines.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Partner with business leaders, product owners, marketing teams, and technology leadership.
Act as a trusted advisor for Adobe platform strategy and roadmap decisions.
Manage technology/vendor relationships and implementation partners.
Provide architectural direction to developers, architects, and delivery teams.
Mentor teams on Adobe architecture and best practices.
Required Exp Level:
9 Years of overall technology/architecture experience
Strong hands-on experience across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
Proven expertise in AEM + AEP + Adobe Analytics + Adobe Target + AJO
Experience architecting enterprise-scale digital experience platforms
Strong understanding of DAM, content architecture, personalization, analytics, and customer journeys
Experience integrating Adobe with enterprise CRM, ERP, data, and marketing ecosystems
Strong understanding of API-led, event-driven, cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD architectures
Excellent stakeholder management and architectural leadership skills
Experience working with global teams, vendors, and complex transformation programs
