Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Architect
- Minimum 3+ years in an Architect role
- Strong cross-module ServiceNow architecture experience
- Enterprise-level ServiceNow solution architecture
- Experience working across multiple ServiceNow instances / customers
- Architecture Governance, Scalability, Security & Performance
- ServiceNow Integrations with Enterprise Platforms
- Strong Stakeholder Management & Leadership
- ITSM & ITIL Framework
- Pre-Sales / Bid Response / Tender experience
- ServiceNow AI capabilities – Now Assist, AI Agents & Agentic AI
- Technical Roadmaps & Architecture Planning
- Technical Leadership & Mentoring
Mandatory Certifications
Must Have: Certified System Administrator (CSA) + Certified Application Developer (CAD).
At least ONE: CIS – Customer Service Management, CIS – Service Mapping, CIS – Discovery, or CIS – IT Service Management.
