Salesforce Solution Architect
Experience: 10+ years | Segment: SMB — Construction, Rental, Media
Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Field Service, CPQ.
About the Role:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design for SMB clients in Construction, Rental, and Media. Own the bridge between client discovery and technical delivery, and provide architectural leadership to the project team.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery calls to uncover requirements and pain points
- Design solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Field Service, CPQ
- Partner with BAs to convert requirements into clear user stories
- Own architecture decisions: data model, integrations, security, automation
- Be the trusted technical point of contact for client stakeholders
- Guide and mentor the delivery team; unblock technical issues
- Use AI tools to speed up documentation, presentations, and implementation work
- Support pre-sales solutioning and estimation as needed
What You Bring
- 10+ years overall experience, with proven Salesforce solution architecture background
- Strong hands-on skills in Sales, Service, Experience Cloud; working knowledge of Revenue Cloud, Field Service, CPQ
- SMB client experience, ideally Construction, Rental, or Media
- Comfortable leading discovery independently and shaping user stories with BAs
- Active user of AI tools for documentation, presentations, and implementation
- Strong client-facing communication and leadership presence
- Relevant Salesforce certifications preferred (Architect, Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, Field Service)
Nice to Have
- AI agent development experience (e.g., Agentforce)
- Integration/middleware and data migration experience for mid-market clients
