Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ServiceNow AI Ops Developer role based in Bengaluru /Hyderabad. The ServiceNow AI Ops Developer will design, develop, and maintain AI-driven operational solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and related modules.
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with AIOps to implement and configure ServiceNow AIOps solutions, including Event Management, Health Log Analytics (HLA), Metric Intelligence (MI), and ML-based anomaly detection. The role involves integrating monitoring tools, designing AIOps architecture, automating incident remediation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub, and collaborating with Cloud, DevOps, and ITSM teams. Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and ITIL processes is required. ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps certifications are a plus.
