Role Description This is a full-time Microsoft D365 CRM Developer role based in Bengaluru in a hybrid work model, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The developer will design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and plugins to meet business requirements. Responsibilities include integrating D365 CRM with other enterprise systems, optimizing performance, and maintaining data quality and security in alignment with organizational standards. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional technical teams to translate requirements into robust CRM solutions, as well as creating technical documentation and supporting testing and deployment activities. The developer will also monitor system usage, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement of CRM-related processes and features.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM skills, including configuration, customization, plugin development, workflows, and Power Platform components such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Candidates should possess solid technical skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST/JSON APIs, and SQL for custom development, integrations, and data management.
- Candidates should possess experience with solution design, requirement analysis, and translating functional needs into scalable technical architectures within the D365 ecosystem.
- Candidates should possess skills in system integration, including working with Azure services, third-party APIs, and middleware platforms to connect D365 CRM with other enterprise systems.
- Candidates should possess abilities in performance optimization, security configuration, role-based access control, and adherence to compliance and best practices.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in hybrid teams and manage multiple tasks.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, would be beneficial.
