About the Role
As a Service Support Manager, you will play a key role in supporting service operations, managing client interactions, and ensuring seamless delivery for our US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Support day-to-day service operations for US clients
✅ Respond to client queries and provide timely resolutions
✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence
✅ Monitor service requests and maintain accurate documentation
✅ Identify opportunities for process improvements
✅ Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
✅ Ensure adherence to service levels and operational standards
Eligibility Criteria
✔ 0 to 2 years of experience
✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Willingness to work in US shifts
✔ Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
✔ Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
