Hiring: Area Service Manager – Large Appliances
📍 Location: Kochi, Kerala | Experience: 4+ Years
Panasonic is looking for an experienced Area Service Manager to manage after-sales service operations for ACs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines & Dishwashers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage authorized service centers, service partners & field teams.
- Drive service KPIs including TAT, FTR, productivity, customer satisfaction & service revenue.
- Handle customer complaints, escalations, warranty claims and service quality.
- Conduct service center audits and ensure process compliance.
- Manage spare parts availability and coordinate with technical/sales teams.
- Provide technical guidance and training to service engineers.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Consumer Durables/Home Appliances service.
- Strong knowledge of AC, Refrigerator, Washing Machine & Dishwasher service operations.
- Excellent team management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related field.
