Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Gurgaon. The Service Engineer will install, configure, and commission home and building automation systems, including lighting, HVAC, control components. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, and carrying out repairs to ensure system reliability and performance. The role involves providing field service at customer sites, offering technical support, and documenting service activities and reports. The Service Engineer will collaborate with project teams and clients, communicate clearly about issues and solutions, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills for automation systems and related hardware.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer interaction.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities for collaborating with teams and explaining technical information to clients.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities for diagnosing system issues and guiding users through solutions.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills for electrical, electronic, or automation equipment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
- Familiarity with home/building automation systems, HVAC controls, or BMS platforms is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use basic diagnostic tools and test equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
