Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Service Advisor for a leading Maruti Suzuki Dealership in Ukkadam, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer handling skills and experience in automobile service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain repair estimates and service timelines.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely completion of repairs.
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status and obtain approval for additional repairs.
- Deliver vehicles after service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow Maruti Suzuki service standards.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership.
- Experience in Maruti Suzuki dealerships is preferred.
- Any Graduate / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or related discipline.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valid driving license preferred.
