We’re looking for a hands-on SEO Team Leader to lead our SEO team and grow the organic presence of our international e-commerce fashion brands, especially in the US market.
This is more than a people-management role. We need an SEO professional who can think strategically, solve technical SEO problems, lead a team, and drive measurable business results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and manage our SEO team.
- Build and execute international SEO strategies for e-commerce websites.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify the root cause of ranking, traffic, and indexing issues.
- Optimize Shopify and large e-commerce websites across product, collection, and category pages.
- Manage crawling, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt, schema, internal linking, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
- Develop and implement international SEO & hreflang strategies.
- Perform keyword, competitor, SERP, and content-gap analysis.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.
- Investigate traffic/ranking drops and create actionable recovery plans.
- Work with developers, content teams, designers, and merchandising teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Set team priorities, review work, train team members, and maintain SEO quality.
- Track and report organic traffic, rankings, conversions, revenue, and overall SEO growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong experience with international SEO, particularly the US market.
- Proven e-commerce SEO experience; Shopify experience is highly preferred.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge and hands-on audit experience.
- Practical experience with hreflang and international SEO structures.
- Strong working knowledge of GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Experience with large websites/product catalogs is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO from a traffic + conversion + revenue perspective.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
