We're looking for someone who has hands-on expertise in:
✅ Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) – Technical, On-page & Off-page
✅ Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) for AI-powered search experiences
✅ Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to improve brand visibility across AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other generative search engines
✅ Google Ads & Performance Marketing (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube & Remarketing)
✅ Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis & Content Strategy
✅ Website Audits, Core Web Vitals & Technical SEO Improvements
✅ Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager & Looker Studio Reporting
✅ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Landing Page Optimization
✅ Local SEO & Google Business Profile Optimization
✅ Link Building & Digital PR Strategies
✅ AI-powered SEO tools and automation workflows
Desired Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Ability to create SEO and paid media strategies aligned with business goals
• Excellent reporting and client communication skills
• Up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and digital marketing innovations
• Experience with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS will be an added advantage
Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
📈 Minimum 3 years of proven experience in SEO and Performance Marketing
🏆 Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or SEO are a plus
