Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Video Editor role based in Noida. The Senior Video Editor will lead end-to-end video production, including planning, editing, color grading, and motion graphics for marketing, brand, and campaign content across Vserve Group’s business verticals. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and creative teams to interpret briefs, developing storyboards or visual concepts, assembling raw footage, and ensuring that videos align with brand guidelines and performance goals. The role also involves optimizing content for multiple platforms, managing project timelines, mentoring junior editors, and maintaining a high standard of visual storytelling that supports business growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling footage from concept to final output.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone and style.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating engaging visual elements, titles, and animations.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar).
- Demonstrated experience in editing performance-focused marketing or brand videos, preferably in fast-paced, multi-vertical environments.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, sound design collaboration, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in film, media, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
