Role Description :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Veeva Vault RIM Consultant with strong expertise in Regulatory Information Management (RIM), Active Dossier Management, and Veeva RIM implementations and migrations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and leading RIM implementation and migration initiatives, working closely with business, regulatory, technical, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications :
- Lead and support end-to-end Veeva Vault RIM implementations and migrations.
- Work extensively with Veeva RIM, Registrations, Submissions, and Active Dossier Management.
- Manage legacy-to-Veeva Vault data migration, including data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Plan and execute mock migrations, cutover, production migration, and rollback activities.
- Work with Vault Loader and REST APIs for data migration and integrations.
- Support Submission Content Plans and regulatory submission processes.
- Apply knowledge of eCTD M1–M5, sequences, variations, renewals, and regulatory lifecycles.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, regulatory teams, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Manage project activities including planning, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Lead and coordinate onshore/offshore teams where required.
- Ensure project activities follow relevant GxP, CSV, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Support UAT, deployment, production cutover, and post-go-live activities.
Required Skills and Experience :
- 12+ years of experience in Life Sciences IT / Regulatory Affairs.
- Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM.
- Strong experience with Active Dossier Management.
- Experience delivering 2+ end-to-end Veeva RIM implementations or migrations.
- Strong legacy-to-Vault migration experience.
- Experience with Veeva Registrations and Submissions.
- Good understanding of eCTD M1–M5, sequences, variations, and renewals.
- Experience with Vault Loader and REST APIs.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong stakeholder and team management skills.
- Experience managing onshore/offshore teams and vendors is an advantage.
- Knowledge of GxP / CSV is preferred.
- Veeva RIM certification is a plus.
