Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen candidates for technical and communication skills.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 contract requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, negotiate rates, and manage offer closures.
- Maintain candidate relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Update ATS and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US work authorizations.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and Boolean search.
- Decent understanding of IT technologies and the ability to understand technical job requirements, evaluate candidate experience, and screen professionals across various technology stacks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
