Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles across multiple technologies.
Skills:
- Strictly need 3-5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of US hiring models: W2/ C2C/ 1099.
- Experience working with Direct Clients and MSP/VMS (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of IT skill sets including:
- Java, .NET, Python
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- DevOps, Data, AI/ML
- QA, UI, SAP, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Hands-on experience with US job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
