Role Overview
As a
Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll lead meaningful design work from early discovery to refined execution. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams, help define experience strategy, and maintain a high bar for both UX thinking and visual craft. You'll also mentor junior designers, contribute to design standards, and help evolve how NetPurna designs products - especially as AI continues to influence digital experiences.
What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products
- Turn complex requirements into clear, elegant experiences
- Collaborate closely with founders, PMs, and engineers
- Shape experience strategy and long-term product thinking
- Create research-informed flows, prototypes, and interfaces
- Build and maintain scalable design systems
- Apply strong UI fundamentals and accessibility principles
- Explore AI-driven tools to enhance design workflows
What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- A strong portfolio of B2B, SaaS, or complex products
- Comfort mentoring designers and contributing to team growth
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Curiosity, clarity in thinking, and care in execution
