Landmark IT Staffing is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Hyderabad – Banjara Hills.
📌 Position: US- Senior Technical Recruiter (State clients / State government projects)
💼 Experience: 3–6 Years
📍 Location: Hyderabad – Banjara Hills

What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Technical Recruitment
- Strong experience sourcing and screening technical candidates
- Hands-on experience with State clients / State government projects
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies, job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean sourcing
- Experience working with MSP/VMS clients is a plus
- Excellent communication and candidate management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment and meet recruitment targets
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified IT professionals for client requirements
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Work on State client requirements and deliver quality candidates
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the process
- Collaborate with Account Managers and recruiting teams
