Role: Project Manager – Observability Transformation Program
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6 Months +
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead a large-scale Enterprise Observability Program across infrastructure, cloud, monitoring, IT operations, and service management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple technical workstreams and globally distributed teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate initiatives involving observability, monitoring, ITOM, cloud, infrastructure, and operational reporting.
- Partner with technical SMEs across platforms such as ScienceLogic, ServiceNow ITOM, Splunk, AWS, GCP, and VMware.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, stakeholder alignment, UAT, production readiness, deployment, and operational transition.
- Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement and observability transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience in enterprise IT.
- 5+ years managing infrastructure, cloud, monitoring, IT operations, or observability initiatives.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs.
- Experience managing distributed/onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
- Strong Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery experience.
- Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills.
- Strong risk, dependency, resource, and delivery management experience.
Preferred: ScienceLogic, ServiceNow ITOM, Splunk, AWS, GCP, VMware, ITSM/CMDB, PMP, CSM, or ITIL.
