🚀 Alphadroid is Hiring | Senior Technical Lead – Conversational AI
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Lead to lead the architecture and engineering of our Conversational AI platform.
📍 Location: Noida
💼 Experience: 7–12 years
🕐 Type: Full-time
What you’ll work on:
- Build and scale LLM-powered applications, AI Agents & RAG pipelines
- Own architecture, system design, and technical roadmap
- Lead backend development using Python / Node.js / Java / Go
- Design scalable APIs, microservices, databases, and real-time systems
- Drive Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, Security & Production Reliability
- Optimize LLM performance, latency, infrastructure, and cost
- Mentor engineers and lead technical design/code reviews
- Take AI products from POC to production
We’re looking for strong experience in:
LLMs | Generative AI | RAG | AI Agents | Vector Databases | Distributed Systems | AWS/Azure/GCP | Docker | Kubernetes
Good to have: LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, B2B SaaS or Voice AI.
We’re looking for a builder who can think like an architect, execute like an engineer, and lead like a technology owner.
