Primary Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced
Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with
Cisco Meraki,
Cisco Catalyst switches,
Cisco FTD firewalls,
MPLS networks,
Genesys Call Center, and
Video Conferencing (VC) solutions. This role involves ensuring high availability, security, and performance of network services across data center and branch environments.
Additional Responsibilities
- Design, implement, manage, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments
- Configure and administer Cisco Meraki (MX, MS, MR) devices using the Meraki Dashboard
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst switches (9300/9400/9500 or similar)
- Administer MPLS connectivity, routing, and failover mechanisms
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) firewalls
- Provide network support for Genesys Call Center (Cloud), including connectivity, QoS, and call quality troubleshooting
- Support and maintain Video Conferencing (VC) platforms (Cisco Webex, Teams, Polycom )
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
- Implement network security best practices, firewall rules, and access policies
- Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and service providers for circuit and issue management
- Perform network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Participate in change management, incident management, and DR activities
- Provide L2/L3 network support and participate in on-call rotation when required

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki (MX, MS, MR)
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco Catalyst switching
- Experience managing Cisco FTD firewalls (policies, NAT, VPN, IPS, AnyConnect)
- Solid understanding of MPLS WAN architecture and routing protocols
- Practical experience supporting Genesys Call Center environments
- Knowledge of Video Conferencing (VC) systems and network requirements
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, QoS, and VPNs
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
