Position Details
Role: Senior Store Manager
Location: Express Avenue, Royapettah, Chennai
Department: Retail Operations
Reporting To: Deputy General Manager
Compensation: CTC ₹12-18 LPA
Your Mission
* Lead the store to consistently achieve sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
* Deliver an outstanding consumer experience that reflects the spirit of Adidas.
* Own the store’s P&L and drive key retail KPIs including sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, and inventory productivity.
* Recruit, coach, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
* Ensure world-class visual merchandising and brand presentation.
* Maintain inventory accuracy, minimize shrinkage, and uphold operational compliance.
* Drive disciplined execution in cash management, reporting, and store processes.
* Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
* Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Retail, or a related discipline.
* 5–10 years of retail leadership experience, preferably with sportswear, fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
* Strong business acumen with hands-on experience managing P&L and retail KPIs.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* A passion for sports, consumer service, and retail excellence.
