We are looking for exceptional Senior Sous Chefs and Sous Chefs with strong expertise in Indian cuisine to join a highly renowned restaurant brand launching its first restaurant in New York City.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience in high-volume Indian restaurants or leading hotels.
- Excellent command of Indian cuisine, with the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality food at scale.
- Experience working in established, reputable restaurant brands or luxury hospitality environments.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop kitchen teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong media profile and industry recognition will be highly valued.
Media & Industry Recognition
Candidates should ideally have documented media or industry coverage, such as:
- Articles or reviews in major newspapers, respected trade journals, food publications or culinary magazines specifically highlighting the chef’s work, achievements or career.
- Published features where the chef is profiled or recognised for their culinary expertise, achievements or contribution to Indian cuisine.
- Coverage in broader culinary or hospitality features that highlight the chef’s influence, expertise, achievements or contribution to the industry.
