At Synapse, weโre fueling digital transformation for global data-driven enterprises. Weโre looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer II to design, build, and operate our Network AIOps platform and telemetry integration pipelines.
๐ Location: India (Remote)

๐ง Role: Full-time Individual Contributor
โ๏ธ ๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐โ๐น๐น ๐๐ผ
โข Build Telemetry Pipelines: Ingest, normalize, and enrich network data (logs, metrics, SNMP, streaming telemetry) into our AIOps platform.
โข Drive Platform Reliability: Develop automated workflows, diagnostics, and root-cause capabilities to reduce operational noise and accelerate incident response.
โข Integrate Ecosystems: Connect network hardware, firewalls, cloud environments, and ITSM/monitoring tools via APIs and IaC.
โข Collaborate & Support: Work alongside SRE, Network, and Infrastructure teams to maintain platform health and support production workflows.

โข Experience: 5+ years in software, platform, or systems engineering.
โข Core Tech: Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript.
โข Domain Knowledge: Solid background in networking fundamentals (routing, firewalls, load balancing) and observability data.
โข Cloud & Data: Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, and streaming data/APIs.
โข Preferred Pluses: Prior experience with AIOps tools, Terraform, or ML-assisted anomaly detection.
