Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Senior Software Engineer at Medley Consulting. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions, leading software development projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. The role will also involve maintaining and improving existing software systems, conducting code reviews, and ensuring software quality and performance. A self starter with strong ability to lead others in the team would be an ideal candidate for this role.
Qualifications
- Computer Science, Software Development, and Back-End Web Development skills
- Expertise in Azure App Services, Cosmos DB, Azure Key Vault, Azure Storage (Blobs), Event Grid
- Deep understanding of Azure Kubernetes Service
- Familiarity with Cosmos, Kusto, SQL and ADF
- Proficiency in Programming in DotNet, C/C++ and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience in leading software development projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent understanding of software design principles and patterns
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
