Senior Social Media Manager | Full-Time | Baner, Pune
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager with 3-4 years of experience to develop and manage social media strategies across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop content strategies aligned with each brand’s goals and audience.
2. Plan and manage monthly content calendars across platforms.
3. Write strong, engaging content, from hooks and captions to campaign ideas.
4. Stay ahead of trends and adapt them thoughtfully for relevant brands.
5. Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams for briefs, feedback, and approvals.
6. Plan, coordinate, and manage content shoots from concept to execution.
7. Track performance, analyse insights, and prepare monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
8. Mentor junior team members and keep output quality high.
Requirements
1. 3-4 years of experience in social media management.
2. Strong writing, communication, and understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and new-age platforms.
3. Ability to think critically, solve problems, and ensure timely execution across multiple accounts.
4. Open to travelling to different cities for shoots — this is a must.
5. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple brands.
6. A good personal Instagram is a plus.
Mandatory Requirement
1. Having your own laptop is mandatory.
