You'll combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder management, helping customers navigate important milestones while supporting the continued growth and operational excellence of the business.
This role offers meaningful ownership and the opportunity to influence how Stake delivers SMSF services at scale. You'll work closely with Customer Success, Operations and Accounting teams across the business, contributing to process improvements, customer experience initiatives and the continued evolution of our SMSF offering. This role is fully remote.

- Built strong partnerships with auditors, regulators and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient fund administration
- Contributed to the growth of Stake Super by helping customers confidently manage and grow their retirement savings
- Played a meaningful role in raising operational standards and strengthening the overall quality of Stake's SMSF service offering
You'll thrive here if…
- You have strong experience in SMSF administration and enjoy working with complex superannuation structures and compliance requirements
- You combine technical accounting expertise with a customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
- You communicate clearly and confidently with customers, colleagues and external stakeholders
- You're highly organised and can manage competing priorities while maintaining a consistently high standard of work
- You enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to operational excellence
- You take ownership, work proactively and enjoy being part of a collaborative, high-performing team
Bonus if you've ever
- Worked with Class or similar SMSF administration platforms
- Managed end-to-end preparation of SMSF financial statements, tax returns and regulatory lodgements
- Supported audit processes and worked closely with external SMSF auditors
- Worked with Australian accounting, tax or superannuation legislation in a specialist SMSF environment
- Contributed to process improvement or operational scaling initiatives within an accounting or financial services business
