About Avabiz Ventures
Avabiz Ventures is a fast-growing construction company specializing in civil infrastructure, Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF), prefabricated, modular, and PEB construction. We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead project execution, manage site operations, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects across both government and private sector projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise day-to-day site execution activities.
- Manage civil, LGSF, prefabricated, modular, and PEB construction projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimates, project costing, measurements, billing, and project documentation.
- Monitor material consumption, labour productivity, and overall site progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues at project sites.
- Support procurement planning and coordinate timely material availability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10+ years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Proven experience handling both Government and Private Sector projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, quantity surveying, project costing, billing, and site execution.
- Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and multiple site teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and manage project sites across different locations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in LGSF, Prefabricated, Modular Construction, or PEB projects.
- Knowledge of Government Tendering, GeM Portal, and Maharashtra e-Tendering processes.
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures, project planning, and construction safety standards.
