About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant to drive end-to-end implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP Service Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud, deep knowledge of Fit-to-Standard methodology, and direct experience integrating SAP Field Service Management (SAP FSM) with ERP backends.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Process Design: Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, map AS-IS to TO-BE processes, and design end-to-end service flows (Service Request → Service Order → Service Execution → Service Confirmation → Billing).
- System Configuration: Configure core SAP Service Management components including service order types, item categories, status management, partner determination, service products, spare parts, expense items, and price agreements.
- Contract & Entitlement Management: Manage service contract lifecycles, SLAs, contract templates, entitlements, ad-hoc/periodic billing concepts, and follow-up service processing.
- Fiori & Extensibility: Leverage SAP Fiori apps for service order execution and monitoring. Utilize Key-User Extensibility (Custom Fields app) across Service Header and Item contexts, ensuring custom field flow into follow-on billing processes.
- Integration Touchpoints: Facilitate integrations between SAP Service Management and FI/CO, EAM/Asset Management, SD, and mobile tools like SAP FSM (via middleware/APIs/Proaxia connector).
- Data Migration & Deployment: Define data cleansing, validation, and migration strategies using SAP Migration Cockpit for open contracts, equipment, and service history; manage cutover, SIT/UAT execution, defect resolution, and hypercare.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 8+ years of total SAP experience, with proven end-to-end implementation background in SAP S/4HANA Service Management (Public & Private Cloud) and SAP PM/EAM.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Fiori apps (Manage Service Orders, Manage Service Contracts, Process Service Orders), Custom Fields Extensibility, and Billing Document Requests (BDR).
- Field Service Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP FSM, Planning Board, Smartforms/Checklists, Proaxia connector, or FSM Mobile sync is a strong plus.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Cloud ALM.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
