Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant
Work Location - Work from Home (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking an 5-7 Years experienced Oracle Supply Chain modules to provide application support, incident resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules, with a primary focus on Cost management and Inventory. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure stable operations and optimize supply chain processes.
1. Key Responsibilities
Support the users on Oracle Fusion SCM. Features enhancements and issues fixing.
2. Production Support
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Oracle Supply Chain modules.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within agreed SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve transaction processing issues related to Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Inventory transactions, cost accounting etc.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for product issues and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive actions.
3. Enhancements & Continuous Improvement
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documentation.
• Configure and implement enhancements within Oracle Supply Chain modules.
• Support new business initiatives, process improvements, and system optimization activities.
• Conduct impact analysis for new Oracle quarterly releases and regression testing.
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend best practices.
