Urgent requirement for Affinity -Business Development role for Bangalore location.
Experience - 2-4 years of experience in Insurance sales
Key Responsibilities
Affinity Business Development
1. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new affinity partners (e.g., associations, trade bodies, employee groups, fintech's, e-commerce platforms, OEMs, NBFCs).
2. Design and implement affinity-based insurance programs across Life, Health, and General Insurance.
3. Drive end-to-end deal structuring including product design, pricing discussions, commission structures, and partner commercials.
Partner & Relationship Management
1. Act as the primary point of contact for affinity partners.
2. Maintain long-term strategic relationships to ensure renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
Strategy & Market Development
Develop affinity business strategy aligned with overall company growth plans.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
Launch innovative affinity models including embedded insurance and digital distribution partnerships.
Operations & Compliance
1. Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal policies.
2. Coordinate with operations, policy issuance, and claims teams for smooth execution.
