Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive – Flight Sales (B2B/B2C)
Location: Panchkula | Work from Office
Experience: 2+ years in Travel Industry
Salary: Hike on Current CTC + Incentives
About Skyhawker
Skyhawker is hiring Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives for our Flight Sales team. If you have experience in the travel industry, are confident handling customers/agents, and have hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails for flight booking enquiries
- Search and quote airfares using Amadeus GDS
- Convert enquiries into confirmed flight bookings
- Upsell seats, baggage, insurance, and other add-ons
- Handle cancellations, refunds, date changes, reissues, and customer escalations
- Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for fare holds and ticketing
- Manage B2B/corporate/agent accounts and maintain strong relationships
- Handle group and bulk booking enquiries and negotiate fares
- Maintain accurate PNR and CRM records
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Ensure accurate GDS/PNR handling and minimize ADM-related issues
- Senior Sales Executives: Mentor junior team members and support the team in achieving targets
What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any stream
- 2+ years of experience in the travel industry
- Hands-on Amadeus GDS experience is mandatory
- Strong English communication and customer-handling skills
- Sales-oriented and comfortable working with targets
- Experience with B2B/B2C flight sales is preferred
- Team-handling experience is preferred for the Senior Sales Executive position
