🚀 WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR SALES COORDINATOR 🚀
📍 Location: Vashi Head Office
💼 Reporting to: VP – Sales
💰 Salary: As per company policy
🕒 Experience: 2–3 years (FMCG / Distribution / Supply Chain preferred)
If you’re someone who owns coordination, loves numbers, and can drive execution without hand-holding, this role is for you.
🔥 What You’ll Own
✅ Independent coordination with clients, distributors & principal companies
✅ Fixing & managing meetings that convert into business
✅ Regular follow-ups to keep distributors & principals aligned
✅ Stock analysis, inventory control & timely reordering
✅ Warehouse & client visits for operational follow-ups
✅ Internal team coordination to ensure smooth communication
✅ Identifying new business opportunities & supporting sales growth
💡 What We’re Looking For
✔ Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
✔ Excellent verbal & written communication
✔ Ability to work independently with ownership mindset
✔ Strong team-handling & coordination skills
✔ Customer-focused with sharp listening ability
✔ Knowledge of inventory & replenishment processes
