Job Location: Chembur – Mumbai

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with proficiency in English
• Only Candidates in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the order process & delivery timelines
• Co-ordination with Sales Divn for the orders & updates
• Follow up with customers for Business Development projects
• Preparation of MIS & Sales Report
• Scheduling Sales and Business meetings
• Receiving follow up with sales team
• Coordinating & communication with customers for inquiries and responses
• Update databases, Data entry and CRM management
• Follow up for pending payments
