About Moena
Moena is a lab-grown diamond jewellery brand launched in 2024. We make 14K and 18K BIS Hallmarked gold jewellery with IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds, backed by lifetime exchange and buyback.
The Role
You'll guide walk-in customers, explain lab-grown diamonds and certification with confidence, and close sales. You'll work closely with the founder and learn the business first-hand: product, pricing, customer psychology, and how a modern jewellery brand is built.
What you'll do
- Greet walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend pieces from our collections
- Explain lab-grown diamonds, 14K/18K gold purity, BIS hallmarking, IGI certificates, and our exchange/buyback policy
- Handle pricing, billing, and payments
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Build repeat business through follow-ups with customers on WhatsApp and calls
- Keep displays, stock presentation, and the store experience at a premium standard
- Support in-store promotions and events
What we're looking for
- 0–5 years of experience. Jewellery or diamond retail experience is strongly preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
- Track record of meeting sales targets (for experienced candidates)
- Fluent in English plus Kannada and/or Hindi
- Confident and well-presented with customers, and able to explain technical product details simply
- 12th pass / PUC minimum; graduate preferred

- ₹3.6–4.2 LPA CTC (₹30–35K/month) plus a monthly sales incentive

Schedule
- 12 PM – 9 PM | 6 days/week | Weekly off on a weekday | Weekends are working days
