We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) basis.
📌 Designation: Senior Recruiter
📌 Experience: 2–4 Years
📌 Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days
📌 Location: Bangalore – BTM 2nd Stage
📌 Employment Type: C2H
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Manage offer negotiations and ensure successful closures
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely closures
• Achieve recruitment targets and TAT

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of IT/Technical Recruitment
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Client and candidate coordination
• Negotiation and closure skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
