We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Real Estate Professional to join our team and take ownership of high-value property sales and client relationships.

đź’Ľ Experience: 4+ years in Real Estate / Property Sales

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and converting high-value real estate leads
- Handling end-to-end property sales
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Conducting property presentations and site visits
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Guiding and supporting junior sales team members
- Maintaining a strong pipeline and regular follow-ups
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good understanding of the Jaipur real estate market
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
