8+ years of experience in BBS preparation, reconciliation, verification before & after concrete pours, wastage optimisation etc. across multiple projects in Bangalore.
Precontract experience in;
Measurement / Quantification
BOQ Preparation
Costing
Postcontract experience in;
Projet Cost Monitoring & Reporting
Cash Flow management
Variation and Claims Management
Interim and Final payment certifications
Qualification:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering
