🚨 Hiring: QA Engineer – AI Quality Engineering
We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with expertise in Chatbot, IVR, Generative AI, and Agentic AI testing, along with hands-on experience in test automation and conversational AI validation.
🔹 Experience: 4–6 Years (Strictly no profiles below 4 years)
📍 Location: Hyderabad (No Relocation)
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Perform functional, regression, and conversational testing for chatbots and IVR systems.
• Validate Agentic AI workflows, including task execution and orchestration.
• Perform end-to-end QA for chatbot, IVR, and AI-driven applications.
• Validate NLU accuracy, intent recognition, entity extraction, context retention, and fallback handling.
• Validate Generative AI responses using RAG/RAGAS or similar frameworks.
• Develop and execute automation and API test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Postman, or RestAssured.
🔹 Mandatory Skills:
• Chatbot & IVR Testing
• AI / GenAI / Agentic AI Validation
• NLU / NLP & ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition)
• Selenium / Playwright & REST API Testing
• Java / Python Scripting
• STLC / SDLC

🔹 Good to Have:
• Kore.ai XO Platform, Bot Builder, SmartAssist, or Agent AI.
• Generative AI testing and prompt validation.
• RAG/RAGAS and LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Contact Center AI (CCAI) experience.
• CI/CD and DevOps knowledge.
