Job Title: Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master – Enterprise Transformation
Location: Remote India
Work Hours: India Local Business Hours
Start Date: ASAP
Initial Contract: Through December 31, 2026, with potential extensions through 2028
We are looking for experienced Senior Project Managers with strong Scrum Master / Agile delivery experience to join a large-scale enterprise transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
• Own assigned projects / workstreams / value streams and drive delivery
• Create and manage project plans using Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Facilitate Scrum / Agile ceremonies and monitor execution
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Own RAID management – Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies
• Proactively identify risks/issues and drive mitigation through resolution
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
• Prepare project status reports and leadership updates
• Coordinate with business, IT, functional and technical stakeholders
• Track milestones, deliverables, actions and overall program progress
Must-Have Skills
Strong Project Management experience
Hands-on Scrum Master / Agile experience, Hands-on Azure DevOps (ADO) experience, Strong RAID & dependency management, Risk & issue management, Escalation management, Stakeholder management, Project/workstream planning and execution, Excellent communication skills
Highly Preferred: Candidates with experience in any of the following will stand out:

We are looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager who can own a workstream end-to-end, rather than someone focused only on PMO reporting or Scrum ceremonies
The ideal profile combines: Project Management + Scrum Master + Agile Delivery + Azure DevOps + RAID + Dependency Management + Risk/Issue Management + Stakeholder Management
Experience in SAP/ERP, M&A Integration, CPG/FMCG, or the functional domains listed above will be a strong advantage.
