Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project scope, timelines, and resources; coordinating cross-functional teams; and overseeing expediting activities to ensure materials, services, and documentation are delivered on schedule. The role involves managing logistics workflows, monitoring inspection and quality-check processes, and resolving issues that could impact milestones or client commitments. The Senior Project Manager will track project progress, prepare status reports, manage risks, and communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and clients to maintain alignment on goals, expectations, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with expeditor and expediting functions, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Knowledge of inspection processes and quality assurance practices.
- Proficiency in logistics management, including coordination of shipments, documentation, and supply chain activities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead remote and cross-functional teams, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear updates and reports to clients and leadership.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, preferably within services, operations, or industrial sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field; advanced certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are an advantage.
- Comfort with project management tools and collaboration platforms used in remote work environments.
