Cembond Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead some of India’s most challenging structural rehabilitation and strengthening projects.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Independently manage multiple project sites simultaneously.
✔ Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
✔ Build, lead, and mentor project teams.
✔ Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMCs, and government departments.
✔ Ensure quality, safety, timelines, and budget compliance.
✔ Handle project planning, billing, procurement coordination, documentation, and reporting.
✔ Prepare method statements, technical submissions, progress reports, and client correspondence.
✔ Resolve technical and site execution challenges efficiently.
