Job details:
- Manage architectural design development from Concept through Design Development, Detailed Design, Construction, and Handover for Hospitality projects.
- Coordinate and drive Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape, Structural, MEP, and other specialist consultants on quality, timelines, and coordination.
- Review drawings, presentations, BOQs, and technical submissions; identify and resolve design gaps and coordination issues.
- Conduct design coordination meetings, prepare MoMs, and maintain strong follow-up/closure tracking on all action items.
- Ensure designs meet project brief, statutory requirements, quality standards, budget, and timelines; escalate critical issues to the D&D Head.
- Requires strong communication skills, proficiency in AutoCAD/MS Office/Revit, and a proactive, assertive approach to consultant management.
Education Qualification: B. Arch
Experience: 8-10 yrs
